Collagen Cookie Dough Balls

Why do we want more collagen? 

Collagen is a key protein that helps keeping healthy our bones, skin, hair and nails. 

These Collagen Balls are the perfect snack for the week. You can make them during the weekend and take one to work every day. They are high in fiber, healthy fats and collagen!

 

Ingredients:

1 1/z cup oat flour 

1 Scoop of collagen powder 

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 

3 dates made purée 

1/4 cup maple syrup 

1/2 cup cacao nibs or dark chocolate chunks 

2 tsp chia seeds 

pinch of sea salt 

water (if the mix is to dry) 

 

Steps:

In a large bowl add all of the dry ingredients. Start adding the wet ingredients in small portions while you mix the ingredients and start creating a batter. When you have finally added all the ingredients and the mix is like cookie dough, start making balls of about 10-12g each. Take them to your fridge and enjoy them as a snack during the week!
