Dalgona Iced Coffee

If you are just like me, a coffee lover, this recipe is for you!

I love creating coffee recipes with different types of mylks, and syrups. This option is one of my favorites. It is easy to make, and tastes better than any coffee you can find at your favorite coffee shop. 

 

The foamy texture of the coffee is what elevates this whole recipe.

Coffee Ingredients:

1 TBSP of Instant Coffee (I used nespresso brand)

2 TSP of agave or honey

3-4 TBSP of hot water

 

Add all of these ingredients to a small aluminum bowl. With a hand or electric whisk mix the ingredients until you get a foamy texture. 

If you are using a hand mixer, and mixing with your hands it will take a bit longer to get the desired texture. Mix for 5-8 minutes. 

 

In a glass cup, add ice until 1/4 of the cup is filled. 

 

Add 6 oz of almond mylk, and a pinch of pure vanilla extract. Make sure the cup is filled to 3/4 up. If you need more mylk feel free to add more. 

Add the coffee blend to top the almond mylk. 

 

Add extra cinnamon powder if desired.
