After searching, trying and testing hundreds of brands looking for ONE to cause a positive effect on my body, I can say I have found the most effective supplements! In this list you'll find the best supplements to help and reduce bloating, have healthier skin, hair and nails. You will also find my go to supplement when wanting to enjoy my cheat meal without having an upset stomach afterwards.

MEGASPORE PROBIOTIC:

According to Cleveland Clinic probiotics help with helping the body digest food, and keeping bad bacteria from going out of control, making one sick. Since taking Megaspore probiotic I have seen a positive response after my meals. my bloating has reduced significantly and I am able to digest food easier. 

 

NEUROMAG MAGNESIUM:

Bought on amazon! Just as you know... there are hundreds magnesium pill brands. The thing is not all brands are good! After reading and asking my dietitian I started taking this brand and have seen a better effect than the other brands I used before. Magnesium helps you to sleep better at night, reduces stress and helps go to the bathroom easier and more frequently. 

Equilife Digestive Enzymes:

my go to when eating at a restaurant or when I am craving a heavy meal. I take one pill before eating and this has significantly helped me to not have an upset stomach after eating. 

 

WellBell:

I saw well bell online recommended by a well-known influencer. I decided to try it out since I was experiencing some hair loss due to stress and anxiety. Just as all the comments of those who have taken it, you'll start to see results after being consistent. Probably after 3 months. So, if you try it be patient but I can guarantee you will love the results you'll see in your skin, hair and nails!
